Refunds Policy


We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return for store credit or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive your desired product quickly, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the new item. You will be responsible for postage costs.

For an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, visit our [returns policy page] and follow the instructions. Items returned without following these instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. Please send us photos of any issue(s) if possible.

Items deemed faulty within 30 days can be returned. Issues beyond this period are considered wear and tear and are not eligible for return.

To reduce wear and tear:
- Follow washing instructions carefully.
- Treat your gym wear with care.
- Ensure correct sizing to minimize damage risk.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Gift Cards/Store Credits
- Socks
- Hats
- Clearance Items

Refunds / Store Credit

Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items. We do not provide refunds for items that do not fit or for change of mind. Instead, store credit or an exchange can be issued for items returned in original condition.

Faulty items must be returned to Carter Kiri before a refund can be issued. Carter Kiri is not responsible for missing or damaged returns in transit.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Shipping

Carter Kiri is not responsible for missing parcels, including those lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

Clearance Section Return Policy Disclaimer

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before purchasing.
