Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high quality products but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains via our Returns Portal within 7 days of when the item(s)  was received. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All garments must be returned in their original condition and packaging 

Please note that if you received free shipping we will deduct a shipping and handling fee of $15 from the cost of your refund 

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please choose carefully for International orders as we do not currently offer returns on international orders 

Returns that are damaged/ soiled or without original packaging and labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. 

Sale Items 

All items purchased during a sale period are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged

*excludes items purchased with a welcome promotion code.

Faulty or Defective Items

At Carter Kiri we aim to offer the highest standard of quality and each garment is carefully checked prior to delivery. If you do receive a defective item please contact us within 2 days or delivery. Our team will be in touch and once item is approved as defective we will provide you with the RA number and the item(s) must be shipped within 7 days or receiving the RA number
